Battlegrounds Mobile India (Pubg Mobile India) must be banned – AP MLA

In September 2020 Pubg Mobile got banned in India under section 69A of the Information Technology Act. Many Pubg Mobile streamers and gamers got shocked by this sudden action by the Indian Government. Since then, Krafton Inc has been working hard and trying to relaunch the game in India. But nothing much happened. Then, Krafton Inc decided to Rebrand the game for India as Battlegrounds Mobile India. The BGMI pre-registration has been also started on 18 May 2021.

On top of things dispatch, as spotted by IGN India previous Union Minister and current Arunachal Pradesh MLA Ninong Ering has mentioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi to execute a restriction on the dispatch of Battlegrounds Mobile India, which he alludes to as the relaunch of PUBG Mobile.

Why is Ninong Ering thinks that Battlegrounds Mobile India should be banned?

Ninong Ering has stated that most of the Krafton Inc employees are from Tencent. In his letter, he also highlights that The Battlegrounds Mobile India is listed as Pubg Mobile on the play store. He states that the $22.4 million investment made by Krafton Inc in Nodwin Gaming is a  security concern.

The current Member of Parliament Abhishek Singhvi says that China’s Tencent Games is making their way to re-enter India with the release of Battlegrounds Mobile India. He tweeted his words targeting the Government of India.

Many People from India are still waiting for Pubg Mobile to be unbanned. But every time when we got good news someone just comes and turns the news into bad for the Pubg Mobile lovers. Still the Pubg Mobile gamers and streamers and waiting for the game. And now it is coming as Battlegrounds Mobile India. But after these statements for the MLA Ninong Ering, it may be banned again.
